Air Vitosha is moving towards a more efficient office layout.
Iklin is a very quiet suburban area; our new offices located at 57 Triq Dun Karm are spread on two floors.
One floor fully dedicated to the operations, OCC, Safety, Ground Ops, CAMO, Sales and Travel. The second floor is hosting the back office at large, with a large board room and training room, Accounting, HR and legal related services.
Each floor is featuring it’s own break room, with a kitchen, hot and cold drinks. Toilets and showers are also available at each floor. The access to each floor is secured with state of art fully redondant door locks and gateways, insuring a fully auditable access log.
The internet access is also completely redundant with load balancing and auto fallback. A full and innovative access capability to planes and crews even in case of Internet failure at large is also deployed.
Given the 365/24/7 nature of operation, and in order to permit a life/work balance for everyone, some remote working is offered to some of the departments. The secured infrastructure and PQC resilient servers and VPN’s are allowing a « work from home » capability without compromising any security.
