We are looking for a motivated Sales Executive to join our Commercial Department and contribute to the expansion of our charter sales operations.


Role Overview

The Sales Executive plays a key role in generating charter sales, handling client inquiries from initial request to booking, negotiating contracts, and maintaining long-term client relationships. This role requires strong communication skills, customer-centric thinking, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced aviation environment.


Key Responsibilities

Sales & Business Development

  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities to drive charter revenue growth.
  • Build and maintain relationships with brokers, direct clients, and corporate accounts.
  • Conduct outbound sales activities, including calls, emails, and networking.
  • Prepare and deliver tailored charter proposals, quotations, and presentations.

Charter Operations & Coordination

  • Respond promptly to charter requests and prepare competitive offers.
  • Coordinate with internal teams (operations, dispatch, finance) to ensure seamless execution of flights.
  • Monitor market rates and competitor activity to ensure pricing competitiveness.
  • Oversee the booking process from inquiry to contract signature, ensuring full client satisfaction.

Systems & Reporting

  • Use Avinode to source aircraft availability, prepare quotes, and manage RFQs.
  • Use Leon for monitoring schedules, coordinating with operations, and ensuring accurate booking details.
  • Maintain accurate CRM records and prepare regular sales reports for management.

Required Qualifications & Experience

  • Minimum 2–3 years of experience in charter sales, aviation sales, or a similar commercial role (business aviation experience preferred).
  • Strong understanding of the private jet charter market and customer profiles.
  • Experience with Avinode and Leon systems is highly preferred.
  • Excellent negotiation and communication skills.
  • Ability to multitask and manage high-pressure, time-sensitive requests.
  • Proactive, goal-oriented mindset with strong attention to detail.
  • Fluent in English; additional languages are an asset.
